BoldAge PACE is proud to announce the appointment of Brian Clem to its Board of Directors. Clem brings decades of leadership in value-based senior care, most notably as former President and COO of Oak Street Health, where he helped scale the organization from seven clinics to more than 230 nationwide. During his tenure, Oak Street Health went public in 2020 and was acquired by CVS Health in 2023.

Clem has long been a champion of care models that improve health outcomes while honoring the wishes of older adults to age with independence and dignity. His belief in the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is rooted in its ability to meet one of the most important needs for older adults: the ability to live at home safely, while still having access to medical care, transportation, activities, and in-home support.

Looking ahead, Clem sees enormous potential for BoldAge PACE to lead the way as the industry continues to grow. “This is a pivotal time for PACE,” he said. “The industry is still relatively young, and there’s tremendous opportunity for organizations like BoldAge PACE to shape the future of care for those who need it most.”

In addition to his new role with BoldAge PACE, Clem serves on the boards of Eleanor Health, Athletico, and Sol Mental Health, and advises several health-focused organizations, including Hello Heart and Oler Health. He holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BA in Economics from Wabash College. Clem resides in Zionsville, Indiana, with his wife, Allison, and their two sons.
